What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless a show is cancelled. In the case of a postponement, full value credits for a future show will be available if you can not attend the reschedule date. If you need to sell your tickets please use our only official resale partner cashortrade.org

Should I buy tickets from Stub Hub or Facebook, etc?

*BUYER BEWARE OF 3rd PARTY TICKET PLATFORMS* Unfortunately we cannot assist with orders placed on 3rd party ticketing platforms as we have no access or control over them. We do also have to caution purchasing tickets from strangers unless you are using our only official resale partner cashortrade.org

Can I transfer my tickets to a friend?

Yes, if you can’t make it and want to tranfer your tickets to a friend with out using Cash or Trade, you can email us the details to info@stonechurchvt.com and we will make the adjustment.

Is there an age restriction for attendees?

Shows are All Ages unless otherwise noted on the event page/ticket. Tickets are required for youth aged We strongly encourage children under the age of 10 to wear hearing protection. We recommend hearing protection that is certified by the American National Standards Institute.

Do you have parking facilities?

There are two large municipal lots within 2 minutes walk from the venue. Lot & street parking is free after 6pm

Are there food and drinks available on-site?

We have a full bar on site, and NO OUTSIDE BEVAGES ARE ALLOWED. Violation of this can result in removal from the venue. Food is limited so if you need a meal you should plan ahead. Check out our Bratt tab for local options.

What’s the difference between “Loft” and “General Admission” tickets? Is there seating?

Our “Loft” tickets are seated tickets located in the former choir balcony, all seated, but not assigned seat numbers. With a loft ticket, guests are also able to circulate on the main level. GA tickets are standing room tickets on the main level. We do have high tops & bar stools on the main floor which are first come first serve. Some shows will be fully seated, and in that case tickets will be listed as “GA Seated”.

What accessibility options are available?

We have an ADA ramp along the south side of the building and two ADA accessible gender neutral bathrooms.

What covid precautions are in place at the venue?

The venue does not have an air-filtration system. We do have N95 masks available at the door upon request. Masks are not required for shows- if an artist requests different protocols, that will be indicated in that show description.

Can I host private events at your venue?

What items are prohibited in the venue?

  • No Outside Beverages

  • No Weapons

  • No Illegal Drugs

  • No Flash Cameras

  • No Jerks

Do I Need An ID?

Yes, you will need a valid ID to pick up will call tickets & to drink at the bar.

Do you have a coat check service?

We do not have a coat check, we suggest leaving bulky items like bags & coats at home when possible.

What is your policy on cameras and recording devices?

Recording policies are at the artist’s discretion and change night to night. You may bring your camera with the understanding that you might need to check it with us for the duration of the show.
