Our in-house chef can work with you to create the menu of your dreams. Our team of bar staff can help design signature cocktails & we offer a wide range of bar packages. With our coordination packages, you can rest assured that we are at your disposal to help with so many of the details. You also have access to our list of trusted preferred vendors.

Stone Church- not just for concerts! While we certainly LOVE bringing out of this world music to our tiny corner of Vermont, we are also a little bit in love with hosting private events. There's a level of trust involved, and there's a certain intimacy that comes from working closely with folks on events that are either deeply emotional or a direct representation of their hard work or company. We don't for a moment take that lightly. Hosting for us means welcoming folks into our space for inspiring speakers and conversations, for memory-making in real time. It means being entrusted with fleeting & incredibly important moments. It means seeing new faces and tackling unusual tech requests. In short, it's fun!
Also helpful is that Stone Church has so many talented staff folks who are truly experts in their fields- Tech Director Dan can handle pretty much anything thrown his way- we are fully livestream ready with a multi-camera setup, and can facilitate conference calling integration for panel discussions. Bar Manager Alex can design signature cocktails and top shelf bar options, with an unparalleled roster of bartenders. Events Coordinator Erin can support with decision-making throughout your planning, and will ensure a seamless and perfectly easeful process & event.

Stone Church bar catering at your service. Our bar manager Alex and his roster of top shelf bartenders are seasoned pros when it comes to slinging libations both in-house, OR at your house! We are fully licensed and insured, and can travel to you and your event providing professional and polished bar catering with a range of options to suit most price points. Signature cocktails, product consultations, many packages to choose from.

We had an excellent experience having our wedding/reception with Stone Church. It is right in downtown Brattleboro, but beyond the location our guests repeatedly complimented us on the space — with the stained glass and amazing lights (because it is a music venue). The food was also very well received by our guests — we recommend the swordfish. More importantly, the staff really went the extra mile with us. To describe our plans as fluid would be an understatement, but they were incredibly flexible in working with us including during the party itself and there were no major hiccups. They also helped quite a bit with managing Brattleboro in general (find cakes, etc).

Erin and her staff at The Stone Church were incredibly responsive, helpful and understanding as we planned a memorial gathering for my father. We were under some time pressure and Erin couldn’t have been more helpful. There were many parts to consider - catering, sound and tech (live-streaming, etc.), flowers, setup, staffing, etc, and all were handled well. Dealing with four grieving family members was a challenge, but Erin did so gracefully and ensured our event came off just as we’d hoped. I highly recommend The Stone Church and staff to anyone considering an event in the Brattleboro area!
