Higher Calling Arts is the arm of Stone Church that houses it’s mission-driven programming like GRRRLS 2 The Front and Educational Tracks.

HCA nurtures a thriving music ecosystem in Brattleboro by providing technical education to underrepresented communities, supporting emerging artists, preserving our historic Victorian Gothic venue, and creating vibrant cultural experiences that revitalize our downtown. Through accessible programming, we empower youth and marginalized voices while building sustainable pathways for artistic development and community connection.

GRRRLS 2 THE FRONT’s mission is to create access and opportunity for women and gender expansive folks in live music.

    GRRRLS 2 The Front: 6 Week Sound Tech Intensive- Enrollment Open

    Our Sound Tech Intensive is formatted to create opportunity for women and non-binary individuals to access and excel in the field of music production. This 6 week program features 18 hours of hands-on instruction and training opportunities with in-house shadowing on our state-of-the-art sound system with our seasoned sound tech instructor. The course culminates with a Graduation Concert here at Stone Church.
